Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice must be given when cancelling an appointment with Waxing Queen. This allows time to be able to accommodate others wanting to be serviced. Less then 24 hours will result with how appointments are made for you moving forward. Deposits are also nonrefundable or moveable if you reschedule under 24hrs. Thanks for understanding.

Late Policy

You get a 10 min grace period from the time of your appointment. After that you are considered a no-show and will have to reschedule with new deposit. If it is possible to accommodate you and additional $10 will apply to your visit. If getting multiple services done there is a chance some may still get completed. Thanks for understanding.

Booking Policy

Please remember when booking to carefully review the date & time chosen before paying your deposit. I am not always available to make changes when asked due to booking negligence. Also please do not text or call-in wanting to know if there are any cancellations; if there are it will reflect on the booking calendar. I advise you to keep checking every 20-30 minutes. Lastly, if you book a V.I.P service you're not qualified for I will automatically cancel your appointment and your deposit will be non-refundable.

NO FOOD or DRINKS!! (water only)
NO KIDS!! (book accordingly to finding sitter)
NO SMOKING/VAPING!! (if you smell like marijuana you will be asked to exit)
